Arca is a fast speech-to-text app for iOS and Android. Transcription runs entirely on the device with Whisper, via Sherpa-ONNX. No internet connection is required, and audio is not uploaded.

Speech recognition and transcription happen on your hardware. Audio is never uploaded, tracked, or sent to external servers.

No cloud copy

Recordings are not stored in the cloud, and your voice is not used to train AI models. Arca does not require an account, email, or sign-up.

Encrypted on the device

Transcripts and recordings remain on the device with on-device encryption. Clinical notes are stored in an encrypted local database (Hive) using hardware-backed security (iOS Keychain and Android Keystore).

  • Import MP3, M4A, WAV, and voice-recorder files, or video from the device.
  • Export a transcript as PDF or TXT, or copy the text.
